As we’re reaching the end of 2022 – we reflect on quite a memorable year!
The UK has seen two Monarchs, three Prime Ministers, four Chancellors… Also some extremes of weather, with the highest temperatures ever recorded in July at 40oC, and then dropping to below -15oC in some parts in December!
By the way, we found out that watering bowsers can be used very effectively for firefighting, back in July, when a field fire caused some considerable damage in our area of Norfolk.
Sadly, 2022 has seen the worst conflict in Europe since the 2nd World War, with the war in Ukraine and our thoughts are with those suffering in that country, as well as those displaced around the world.
Much has been said as to energy prices and the world economy, but on a smaller scale it still pays off to buy liquid fuel in bulk and that’s where Tanks-UK can help, with our huge range of storage and dispensing tanks.
Now we’re looking forward to a short break before we hit the ground running in 2023.
Holiday Closure dates
We are closing for the Christmas / New Year break at 4.30pm on Friday 23rd December and we re-open for business at 7.30am on Tuesday 3rd January.
