1350 Litre Bunded Adblue® Dispenser (Tuffa)

This 1350 litre Tuffa Adblue® dispensing tank features integral bunding,.  The AdBlue® liquid is stored in the inner tank and, in the unlikely event of leakage, or overspills from refilling, the bund (outer tank) has the required 110% of the  tank’s capacity, to contain it and therefore prevent environmental spills.

Using heavy-duty, seamless, corrosion-resistant and UV stabilised Polyethylene polymer, and rotationally moulded, this tank is extremely robust and resilient.

With correct installation, and general on-going care, these Tuffa tanks have a 20 year serviceable lifespan with very little or no maintenance required.

The dispensing equipment includes pump, hose and auto shut-off nozzle.  Options available include:

• 230 volt (mains), 12 or 24 volt pumps
• Pulsed outlet flowmeter – to allow connection to a fuel management system if required

Installation:

Tuffa Adblue® dispensers are supplied ready for easy installation. Whilst installation of the tank itself does not require specialist knowledge or training, connection to the tank’s electrical points should always be carried out by a suitably competent and qualified electrical professional. A smooth, solid base is required for installation, which must be capable of holding the tank’s weight when filled to capacity. Adblue® tanks are supplied complete with installation advice and guidelines.
