To complete your purchase of a Divertron submersible Pump X, ask for a DAB Divertron Floating Suction Kit.  This suction kit is suitable for connection to the suction collar on the Divertron X version of submersible pumps.  To illustrate, the kit is used to draw water from just beneath the water level, resulting in reducing intake.  This, in turn, avoids stirring up sediment from the bottom of the tank or the floating debris on the surface of the water.  In other words, the result will be a clear supply of water ready for use.

This is invaluable in rainwater harvesting applications, where the quality of water can often carry impurities, such as sediments.
