Piusi MC Box B.SMART IdentiTank Fuel Management System

The B.SMART IdentiTank is the latest innovation from a reputable Italian manufacturer.  This brings total control, additional security and improved fuel consumption traceability to your business.

This comes with a pre-configured Cube 70 B.SMART dispensing system, boasting an Auto 60 nozzle that has integrated RFID reader, and, with that, a wireless controller to managing the connection between the nozzle and dispenser. When ordering you will receive: 10 x tamper-proof RFID tags; these are for fitting onto the fill point of authorised vehicles and/or tanks if using.  Those licenced to use the 10 x B.SMART, or and be used as a standalone dispenser for when buying multiple units.

When the system is in use, the integrated RFID reader on the nozzle spout, is active, allowing fuel to be dispensed once and only when matched against the electronic tag fitted to the vehicle or tank fill point. This combining RFID technology and wireless connectivity ensures that fuel is only dispensed into authorised tanks when these two devices pair up… so no tag, means no fuel will be dispensed!

Using this system means: a user-friendly web portal accessible via PC, tablet or smartphone anytime, anywhere.  The B.SMART fuel dispensing management software has all the advantages of remote, real-time data – no hosting or subscription fees!

B.SMART IdentiTank will give you:

• RFID authentication: Dispensing system will look for a valid RFID tag before it allows the system to dispense. Fuel will not be released, unless the nozzle reader and fill point are matched and within a 50mm distance of one another.

• Automatic flow shut-off: If the RFID signal is lost during refuelling, dispensing will stop until the connection is re-established – preventing fuel loss due to accidents or misuse.

• Real-time data logging 24/7: All operations are recorded and transmitted to the B.SMART system in real time for continuous, detailed monitoring.

• Advanced wireless connectivity: The wireless controller remains effective even in remote areas, harsh environments or over long distances.

• Long-life batteries with replacement alerts: Nozzle readers are powered by long-lasting batteries with automatic replacement notifications.

Please note: The B.SMART IdentiTank is a standalone system with incorporated technology which cannot be retrofitted to existing B.SMART fuel management systems.
