4000 Litre Horizontal Sump Tank
This 4000 Litre sump tank, or full drain tanks are commonly used in agriculture and liquid transport industries.
Horizontal Sump tanks are usually used either for storage or transportation of liquids up to 1.5 SG, which require 100% drainage, typical applications include Liquid Fertiliser, Molasses, Spray water and other Chemical substances.
These tanks are also all fully DWI approved and meet the specific requirements of Regulation 31, which ensures that water suppliers, when producing and distributing drinking water, only use products and substances that do not cause any detrimental effects on the safety or quality of the drinking water. If ordered in Black they can be specified as WRAS approved, and carry a certificate for this use as a potable water container.
The unique pin mounting system enables the tank to be mounted securely without the need to use steel mounting straps, which can cause fatigue. These tanks can be mounted directly on a chassis, or else require a mounting frame to protect the sump.
The tanks are available in Black or Natural as standard. However they are also available in Dark Green, Blue, Yellow, Translucent Green, Dark Grey, Pebble Grey, Red and White. Details and price can be given at the time of enquiry.
