As one of the best known manufacturers of plastic oil and fuel tanks and dispensers, the Harlequin range covers various types of storage tanks in a whole range of sizes and configurations.
Domestic or Commercial Oil Tanks – protect your valuable heating oil, and the environment
Harlequin’s ITE range of plastic oil tanks are the top of the range for domestic or commercial oil storage. You can rest assured that they are fully compliant with all environmental standards, and come with a 10-year warranty.
With lockable inspection point and access lid, an electronic oil monitor to keep track of usage, and an overfill prevention probe as standard, these are available from stock in a variety of sizes from the small, neat slimline 650 litre tank to the 5400 litre capacity vertical tank.
If you are looking for quality with economy, then take a look at Harlequin’s Diamond range, which are the same high quality manufacture but without the extra features of the ITE range. We normally stock 3 sizes in this range, the 1000 litre and 1400 litre super slimline versions, and the 1650HZB which is the classic design horizontal oil tank.
HVO – Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil
This may be the liquid fuel of the future, being more environmentally sustainable. The big plus with Harlequin tanks is that they have been manufactured to be compatible with either kerosene or HVO, with very little adaptation to the fittings.
Fuel Dispensers
There are two categories of fuel dispensers. In their basic form they are called ‘fuel points’ and have a pump, hose and nozzle, plus a manual contents dipstick. This is the simplest and cheapest if you only want to store and dispense fuel to a few vehicles or plant. The 1400 litre Harlequin 1400FP is normally available from stock. Stock varies on other sizes – please ask.
The second type are known as ‘fuel stations’ and these have more features suited to larger users or where you need more accuracy in tracking contents. They come complete with:
- Mechanical flow meter
- Particulate and water filter
- Ultrasonic contents gauge with remote display
- Bulkhead light
There are small fuel stations which fit neatly into tight spaces, such as the 1300 litre slimline which is less than a metre wide.
At the other end of the scale, we stock the 5000 litre size which is ideal for farms and industrial premises. The 5000FPA is a neat looking, rotationally-moulded vertical tank with the fill point cabinet on the front.
Customise your own fuel dispenser – from stock
For even more flexibility, Tanks-UK stock the 5000 litre Fuel Point as a ‘bare’ tank, and we can then add whichever features you require. This can save you costs on a Fuel Station if, for instance, you don’t need the bulkhead light or the flow meter, but would like an electronic contents gauge. Or you might want a longer hose – 6 metres instead of the standard 4 metres. No problem – Tanks-UK can sort this for you and supply a fuel dispenser just as you need it, without waiting weeks for delivery!
